Policies and Information

Please Note--According to State Law and our Insurance Policy we cannot allow people sleeping on the floor, on blow-up mattresses, on couches, etc.. 
Our Total house capacity is 7 people without exception. 
 
It is your responsibility to read our Policies, and to inform us ahead
of your stay if there has been a change in the number of people in your party. 
Allowances will be made only within the limits of our policies.

CHECK IN: 3:30--7:00 p.m.*  Early and late arrivals by special arrangement.

BREAKFAST:  8:30 a.m.*  An alternate time can be arranged.

​

CHECK OUT:  11:00 a.m.*

 

​*Please note--Saint Francis, Kansas is on Central Standard Time

​* Early Reservations are highly recommended and appreciated.

​

*Payment is made by CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD.

​

*Deposit---To confirm a reservation, a nonrefundable $25 (plus 3% transient tax) charge (per room booked) is required at the time of your reservation, and will serve as a deposit that secures your stay on our calendar. Deposits are deducted from your final bill at the time of the stay. 

The Deposit is used for a service charge should you cancel your stay.

*All Reservations are taken by phone.

​*Cancellation Policy---A reservation means the room we have been holding is just for you and is no longer available for anyone else.  A 7-day notice is required to cancel a reservation, or the full amount will be charged. 

 

*Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made by telephone and verbally acknowledged.  

 

*Guests who leave before their scheduled date of departure will be charged the full rate.

 

*Our home is not arranged for children under 14 years of age, or for pets.

*Please note:  We may require a two-night minimum on weekends during special events.

​

*Our rates are subject to change.

​

*We maintain a "Smoke Free Environment" for safety and health. 

Smoking is permitted outside only.
