Policies

  • It is your responsibility to read our Policies, and to inform us aheadof your stay if there has been a change in the number of people in your party. Allowances will be made only within the limits of our policies.

  •  ALL Reservations are made by phone call.

  •  Deposit---To confirm a reservation, a nonrefundable $25 (plus 3% transient tax) charge per guest room booked is required at time of booking and will serve as your deposit.

  • Guest who leave before their scheduled time of departure will be charged the full rate.

  • A 7 day notice is required to cancel a reservation or the full amount will be charged.  CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES to a reservation must be made by telephone and verbally acknowledged.

  • We may require a two-day minimum on weekends during special events.

  • We maintain a "Smoke Free" environment.  Smoking permitted outside only.

  • Our rates are subject to change.

  • Payments are made by CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD.
